* Add Dates, Names, Business Names, Monograms, or a Funny Line. We max out at 18 characters, and reserve the right to manipulate the size of the font to fit the mug.
* Every SIX CHARACTERS is $10, and we do not count spacing or dots in a date as a character.
* When ordering be sure to MESSAGE / LEAVE A NOTE with how you would like to have your mug personalized.
* Use the drop down menu to choose between 6-18 characters.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

* All of our artwork is meticulously designed, hand etched, and personalized one at a time in beautiful Polson, MT.
* Typically it takes 3-5 business days for us to hand craft your mug.
* Depending on where you live, shipping time is usually between 2 - 3 days.
* If you need it sooner, please contact me and I will try accommodate your shipping needs. (Expediting fees may apply during holidays)
* All of our mugs are artistically packaged, and GIFT READY with no invoice.
* If you are shipping direct to the recipient, we can include a card for you. No charge. Send info in checkout notes.
