We can personalize with a name or short saying (20 characters or less) under the design. The default font is times new roman, however, you can choose the font you want from the listing photo. If personalization is selected and no font or location is noted then we will use the default options.

-Typically it takes 3-5 business days for us to hand craft your mug.
-Depending on where you live, shipping time is usually between 2 - 3 days.
-If you need it sooner, please contact me and I will try accommodate your shipping needs.
-All of our mugs are artistically packaged, and GIFT READY with no invoice.
-If you are shipping direct to the recipient, we can include a card for you. No charge. Send info in checkout notes.
